During a system leak test (Leaks script with System selected), the script pressurizes the flow
paths shown with red dashed lines in
movement, and identifies the location of a leak. Before you run a system leak test, you must
connect the Column Out line to the Waste In line with the appropriate union (see
page
46). The leak test for pump A and B should also be passed first, to make logical sense of
any potential failure reports from the System Leak Test.

Note Please note the numbering of the valve ports as depicted in
numbering with valve port 1 in 4 o'clock position). Due to operational reasons, the
graphical representation in this guide or in the instrument's built-in software may
show the valves in a different orientation. Please use only the port numbers for
identification of port positions.
