Note Please note the numbering of the valve ports as depicted in
numbering with valve port 1 in 4 o'clock position). Due to operational reasons, the
graphical representation in this guide or in the instrument's built-in software may show
the valves in a different orientation. Please use only the port numbers for identification of
port positions.

3. Press the pump icon for the pump you want to control.

4. In the flow rate box, enter the filling flow rate: –0.01 to –300 µL/min.
For best results, enter a flow rate of –100 µL/min to fill the pump.
5. In the volume box, enter the volume that you want pump A or B to draw.
6. Press Start.
The pump draws solvent until it draws the requested volume or reaches the full position,
whichever occurs first.
