Backpressure is proportional to the viscosity of the solvent mixture. If you are not running a
water/acetonitrile gradient, the pressure profile of your gradient run will differ.
Table 31 on page 265 lists the viscosities for two-solvent mobile phases consisting of a
water/methanol mixture or a water/acetonitrile mixture.
