2. If you have not already set up the support server configuration, set it up as follows:
a. Press Configuration > Network.

b. In the LAN area, do the following:
i. Select Internet in the Profile list. Contact your local IT administrator for
assistance.
ii. Press Apply.
c. In the Support Server area, do the following:
i. Confirm the following IP address: 46.226.219.10.
ii. Press Apply.
