Bit 1 – CMP Compare Match Interrupt Flag
This flag is set when the Counter value (CNT) matches the Compare value (CMP).
Writing a '1' to this bit clears the flag.
Bit 0 – OVF Overflow Interrupt Flag
This flag is set when the Counter value (CNT) has reached the Period value (PER) and wrapped to zero.
Writing a '1' to this bit clears the flag.
