Bits 7:0 – OUT[7:0] Output Value
This bit field defines the data output value for the individual pins of the port.
If OUT[n] is written to '1', pin n is driven high.
If OUT[n] is written to '0', pin n is driven low.
In order to have any effect, the pin direction must be configured as output.
