sdp_c_dgain_speed[4:0] allows the user to influence the tracking speed of the chroma automatic gain control. Note that this control has
an effect only if sdp_c_agc_en is set to 1 (automatic gain). A setting of 0 freezes the chroma digital gain. The larger the register value, the
faster the loop operates. Values above 0x06 are reserved.

This control is used to enable the peak white luma gain feature.
