This readback displays the measured value of HSync depth on channel A, after gain multiplier, for an external feedback loop. The value
is presented in twos complement form. This means that only a standard adder is needed to subtract the actual HSync depth (as per
hsd_fb) from a nominal value, as the hsd_hb value is already in negative format.
