SECAM CTI block is designed to improve this distortion, by making transitions steeper. The amount of improvement can be selected by
sdp_scm_cti_gain[1:0].
The LTI/CTI levels can be adjusted to improve picture sharpness for the luma and chroma elements of the picture. Figure 35 and
Figure 36 show the LTI filter responses.
