INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
First, fasten base plate with three bolts, and then fasten
regulator rail with three bolts.
Tightening torque:
Base plate mounting bolt
5.4 - 9.3 N·m (0.55 - 0.95 kg-m, 4.0 - 6.9 ft-Ib)
Rail mounting nut
10 - 18 N'm (1.0 - 1.8 kg-m, 7 - 13 ft-Ib)
Gusset
REMOVAL
1)
Remove trim panel.
2)
Remove speaker.
3)
Remove rearview mirror from door.
Door Sash
REMOVAL
1) Remove trim panel.
2)
Remove sealing cover.
3)
Remove glass.
4)
Remove the nut and bolt which hold door sash.

Remove outer weatherstrip. Fig. 25
5) Remove sealing cover.
6)
Close window completely.
7)
Remove three screws and nut which hold gusset. Swing
5)
lift door sash out.
gusset back with lower adjusting bolt used as a pivot and
extract it from access hole.

Lower bolt
5.4 - 9.3 N'm (0.55 - 0.95 kg-m, 4.0 - 6.9 ft-Ib)
Glass Stopper
REMOVAL
1}
Remove weatherstrip from roof at the retainer location.
2)
Remove screws which hold stopper, and detach stopper.
INSTALLATION
I nstallation is in the reverse order of removal.
Be sure to tighten glass stopper together with retainer.
Tightening torque:
1.7 - 2.6 N·m (0.17 - 0.27 kg·m, 1.2 - 2.0 ft·lb)
