set radio-profile
long-retry
Usage — You must disable all radios that are using a radio profile before
you can change parameters in the profile. Use the set radio-profile
mode command.
The frag-threshold does not specify the maximum length a frame is
allowed to be without being broken into multiple frames before
transmission. 3Com MAPs do not support fragmentation upon
transmission, only upon reception.
The frag-threshold does not change the RTS threshold, which specifies
the maximum length a frame can be before the radio uses the RTS/CTS
method to send the frame. To change the RTS threshold, use the set
radio-profile rts-threshold command instead.
Examples — The following command changes the fragmentation
threshold for radio profile rp1 to 1500 bytes:
WX4400# set radio-profile rp1 frag-threshold 1500
success: change accepted.
