Upper arm removal steps
1. Self-locking nut
2. Upper arm mounting nut
3. Upper arm mounting bolt

REMOVAL SERVICE POINTS
(A, SELF-LOCKING NUT REMOVAL
Using the special tool, disconnect the upper arm ball joint
from the knuckle.
C a u t i o n
1. Be sure to tie the cord of the special tool to a nearby
part.
2. Loosen the nut but do not remove it.
