Disconnect the vacuum hose (red stripes) from the throttle
body and connect it to a hand vacuum pump.
Plug the nipple from which the vacuum hose is discon-
nected.
Under the engine conditions shown below, check by appiy-
ing vacuum from a hand vacuum pump.
