Remedy
• Replace servo drive unit.
• Replace servo drive unit.
• Use a correct drive unit and motor
combination.
• Connect correctly.
• Replace the motor.
• Replace or repair cable.
• Replace the motor (detector).

• Turn the power ON for 2 to 3
minutes while the alarm is
occurring, and then turn the
power ON again.
• Replace the battery, and initialize
