Troubleshooting
Self-diagnosis indicator light G comes on: indicates a problem in the mode control motor circuit. Use a digital mul-
timeter (KS-AHM-32-003) to check it.
The mode control motor controls the outlet air direction and volume adcording to output from the control unit.
Problem in the mode control mo-
tor circuit.
Turn the ignition switch OFF.
Make sure all wires in the mode
control motor connector are se-
Make sure the

Disconnect the both connectors
from the climate control unit.
Connect battery power to the
No. 16 terminal of the 30-P con-
nector, and connect the No. 2
terminal to body ground. The
mode control motor should run.
If it doesn't, try reversing the
connections.
