Damper Rear
1 . Install the damper unit on a spring compressor.
Install the bump stop, bump stop plate, dust cover

sleeve, damper spring, bump stop plate, damper
mounting collar, damper mounting rubber, spring
mounting rubber and damper mounting base on the
damper unit.
Compress the damper spring.
3.
CAUTION:
Install the damper mounting base so
that the angle of the stuf bolts is as shown.

Install the damper mounting rubber and damper

mounting washer, and loosely install a new 10 mm
self-locking nut.
Hold the damper shaft and tighten the 10 mm self-

Installation
1 . Reposition the damper assemble between the
frame and knuckle.
2. Install the stabilizer link and connect the stabilizer
bar.
Loosely tighten the new self-locking nut.

4. Loosely tighten the new damper mounting nut.
NOTE: The damper mounting nuts should be
tightened with the damper under vehicle load.
