Dome/Courtesy/Trunk Lights
NOTE: The bulb or lens alone can be replaced without
having to remove the door trim panel.
Remove the door trim panel.
1 .
2. Remove the 2 screws and the retainer plate to re-
move the light from behind the door trim panel.
3. Make sure that the bulb is in good condition.
Check for continuity between the terminals.
NOTE: Do not connect the tester probes in the
wrong polarity because there is a diode inside the
courtesy light.

4. There should be no continuity with the switch
NOTE: Be careful not to damage the door trim panel
when remove it.

Remove the door trim panel.
2. Disconnect the 2-P connector from the door switch.
