Cooling Fan Control
Engine Compartment Fan Motor Test -
1 . Disconnect the 2-P connector from the engine com-
partment fan motor.
2. Test motor operation by connecting battery positive
to the A terminal, and negative to the B terminal.
3. If the motor fails to run smoothly, replace it.
. Engine Compartment Fan Motor -
Replacement
1 . Disconnect the 2-P connector from the engine com-
partment fan motor.
2. Remove the engine compartment fan motor relay,
tachometer connector and engine wire harness from
the engine compartment fan stay.
3. Remove the 3 mounting bolts.
