Check for continuity between the
TCS control unit No. 12 terminal
and body ground.
Is there continuity?
Repair short in the ORN/RED
between the TCS control unit and
Is there continuity?
NO
An open in the ORNlRED wire be-
tween the TCS control unit and
PGM-FI ECU.

Connect the 20-P connector to
the PGM-FI ECU.
Turn the ignition switch ON.
Measure the voltage between the
TCS control unit No. 12 terminal
and body
I s t h e v o l t a g e approximately

l Substitute a known-good TCS
control unit and recheck.
l Check for poor connections or
loose wires.
l Substitute a known-good
PGM-FI ECU and recheck.
l Check for poor coonections or
loose wires.
