Mid Plate

Inspection

NOTE: If replacement is required, always replace t
pressure plate, mid plate and flywheel as a set.
1. Inspect the mid plate surface for wear, cracks,
burning.
2. Inspect for warpage
feeler gauge.
Standard: (New): 0.05 mm (0.0020 in.) min.
Service Limit: 0.15 mm (0.0059 in.)
using a straight edge a

Inspection
NOTE: Make sure all parts are clean before inspection.
1 . Make sure the mid plate guide moves when you ap-
ply 1 O-60 kg/per one place of pressure to the disc
surface of the mid plate.
NOTE: inspection all the mid plate guides as
described above.
