debug ospf neighbor_state_change state [enable | disable]
This command is used to enable or disable debug information flags about neighbor state
change.
state - The state of the OSPF neighbor state change debug.
Only Administrator level users can issue this command.
Used to enable or disable debug information flags about interface state change.

This command is used to enable or disable debug information flags about interface state
