The MSTP Debug Enhancement commands in the Command Line Interface (CLI) are listed (along with the appropriate
parameters) in the following table.

MSTP DEBUG ENHANCEMENT COMMANDS

module mstp [buffer | console]
[ < portlist > | all ] [ event | bpdu | state_machine | all ] state [ disable | brief |
detail ]
{ports <portlist>}
{ports [<portlist> | all]}
[ports < portlist > | all ]
[enable | disable]
Use the debug buffer command to dump, clear, or upload the debug buffer to the TFTP
server.
debug buffer [utilization | dump | clear | upload_toTFTP <ipaddr> <path_filename 64>]
Dump, clear or upload the debug buffer to a TFTP server.
dump - Displays the debug message in the debug message buffer.
clear - Clears the debug message buffer.
upload_toTFTP <ipaddr> - Uploads the debug message buffer to a TFTP server with a
specified IP address
<path_filename 64> - Upload the debug message buffer to a TFTP server and name the
uploaded file using the string identified in the <path_filename 64> option.
Only Administrator and Operator-level users can issue this command.
