To add the IPv6 addresses range that DHCPv6 server should not assign to clients:
DGS-3627:admin# config dhcpv6 pool excluded_address pool1 add begin 2000::3 end 2000::8
Command: config dhcpv6 pool excluded_address pool1 add begin 2000::3 end 2000::8

Only Administrator and Operator-level users can issue this command.
This command is used to display the groups of IPv6 addresses which are excluded from the
legal assigned IPv6 address
show dhcpv6 excluded_address {<pool_name 12>}
This command will display the groups of IPv6 addresses which are excluded from the legal
assigned IPv6 address.
<pool_name 12> - Enter the name of the DHCPv6 pool for which to display the excluded
address information.
If not specify the pool name, It will display all pool's excluded address information.
