In this step you configure the parameters that allow a connection to be made between the test set and UE.

Set up the Cell Parameters
The example below illustrates how to set up the cell parameters. You can set cell parameters like the MCC,
MNC, and LAC as well as specify whether single or repeat paging shoud be used when paging the UE.
The operating mode must be Cell Off to set up the cell parameters. See
you do not set the operating mode to Cell Off, the test set generates the following error:
Command Rejected. Change Not Allowed in Active Cell Mode.

Set Generator Info Parameters
There are several downlink physical channels and an AWGN (Additive White Gaussian Noise) source which
you can configure. You can set the power level of each physical channel (relative to cell power) and the absolute
power level of the AWGN source. You can also specify that these channels use different power levels once an
Active Cell connection has been established. For some of the physical channels you can also specify the
channelization code. The downlink channel codes and levels required the operating mode be set to Cell Off for
configuring.
