Function Sets/queries the page indicator channel's test mode power offset during FDD test mode operation.
This command sets the power offset level and turns on the power offset.
Setting Range: -20.00 dB to 0 dB
Resolution: 0.01
Query Range: -20.00 dB to 0 dB

Function Sets/queries the transport format combination indicator (TFCI) during FDD test mode operation.
The TFCI is a hexadecimal string of up to 12 characters. An error message is displayed if the user
attempts to enter more characters than fit into the string.

Query Range: 0x000 to 0x3FF
