Setting Cell Parameters
Cell parameters are used to send base station location information on the downlink by specifying the following
values: mobile country code (MCC), mobile network code (MNC), and the local area code (LAC). They also
specify whether to use single or repeat paging when attempting to page the UE.
Changing Cell Parameters
Cell parameters typically do not change during base station operation. Therefore, these settings cannot be
changed during Active Cell operation. Instead, use the Cell Off operating mode when changing these settings.
