Function
Initiates and fetches a channel power measurement as a sequential operation.
Measurement results are returned in the following order: integrity, average channel power.
If the multi-measurement state is on, the result represents the average of a number of channel
power measurements. Multi-measurement state, by default, is off. To set up
multi-measurements, see
