Setting Range: 1|ON|0|OFF

Function Sets/queries the call limit state. When the call limit state is on, the test set does not respond to
PRACH preambles from the UE. This allows you to make power measurements on the PRACH
preambles.

Function Sets/queries the call limit state for the WCDMA format, whether or not that format is active.
When the call limit state is on, the test set does not respond to PRACH preambles from the UE.
