Function Sets/queries the common pilot channel's test mode power offset during FDD test mode operation.
This command sets the power offset level and turns on the power offset.
Setting Range: -20.00 dB to 0 dB
Resolution: 0.01
Query Range: -20.00 dB to 0 dB
Resolution: 0.01
*RST Setting -3.3 dB
