1.8/132 kW TSI; 2.0/162 kW TSI engines - Edition 01.2015
– Unscrew screw -arrow- and union nuts -1, 2-.
– Remove high pressure line.
– Unscrew screws -arrow- and nuts -A-.
– Disconnect intake manifold from cylinder head and unscrew
screws -arrow- from connector holder -A-.
– Remove intake manifold from cylinder head.
Note
Seal intake passages with a clean cloth.
Install
– Screw the connector holder back on.
– Slide the suction pipe over the stud bolts (left and right below)
on the cylinder head.
– Further installation occurs in reverse order.
