Remove Knock Sensor 1 G61 - Skoda Octavia III 2013 Workshop Manual

– Remove ignition coil with extractor -T10530- in
-direction of arrow- out of the camshaft housing.
Install
Installation is performed in a similar way in the reverse order. Pay
attention to the following points:
– Place all ignition coils loosely into the spark plug shaft.
– Align ignition coils to the connectors and simultaneously at‐
tach all connections to the ignition coils.
– Press ignition coils onto the spark plugs evenly by hand (do
not use an impact tool).

1.3 Remove knock sensor 1 - G61-
Removing
– Unplug connector -2- from the knock sensor, 1 - G61- .
– Remove coolant pump and coolant regulator
Note
The knock sensor 1 - G61- is positioned underneath the intake
manifold behind the coolant pump.
– Unscrew knock sensor 1 - G61- -arrow-.
Install
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. However, pay at‐
tention to the following:
