1.8/132 kW TSI; 2.0/162 kW TSI engines - Edition 01.2015
– Remove the plug connection -3- for knock sensor 1 - G61- from
the mounting bracket and disconnect.
– Disconnect the connectors -2 and 4-.
Note
Do not pay attention to the position -1-.
– Expose the connectors and expose electric cables:
1 -
for valve for intake manifold flap - N316-
2 -
for coolant shut-off valve - N82-
3 -
for coolant temperature sender - G62-
4 -
for oil pressure switch, stage 3 - F447-
– Unscrew screws -arrows- and nuts -1-.
– Remove heat shield - 2 -.
– Remove screw -1-, only slacken screw -3-.
– Remove bracket -2- for the turbocharger.
