– Dip the FSI injection units with feeder plate for injection units
- VAS 6418/1- into the cleanig fluid.
– On the rotating head -4-, set a temperature of 50 °C.
– On the rotating head -5-, set a cleaning time of 30 minutes.
– Switch on ultrasound device using the button -3-.
Note
Once the cleaning temperature has reached 50 °C the set time
begins to elapse.
– After cleaning the FSI injection valves, always replace the re‐
spective combustion chamber seal (Teflon seal)
– After, re-install the FSI injection valves
