– Expose coolant hose -3-.
– Remove bolts -arrows-.
– Loosen hose clamp -2-.
– Disconnect plug -1- from the charge pressure sender - G31- .
– Release right air guide pipe.
Vehicles with auxiliary heating
– Loosen clamp -1-, unscrew nut -2-, and remove silencer for
auxiliary heating.
Continued for all vehicles
WARNING
Risk of damage through reversing the rotation direction of an
already used V-ribbed belt.
♦ Mark the direction of rotation with chalk or a felt-tip pen
before removing the V-ribbed belt so that it can be rein‐
stalled after.
– To release the tension of the V-ribbed belt, turn the tensioning
device in the clockwise direction -arrow-.
– Remove the V-ribbed belt from the belt pulley of the AC com‐
pressor, and relieve the tensioning device

Do not pay attention to locking pin - T10060A- .
