5.13.1
Overview
Port D is an 8-bit I/O port. Port D pins also function as data bus input/output pins. The pin
functions change according to the operating mode.
Port D has a built-in MOS input pull-up function that can be controlled by software.
Figure 5.12 shows the port D pin configuration.
