Usage guidelines
After you enable the function, the ISDN BRI interface automatically sets up and maintains one or two
Layer 2 links, whether Layer 3 calls are present on it or not. Two Layer 2 links involves when two-TEI mode
is enabled on the interface.

# Enable the Q.921 permanent link function on interface BRI 2/0.

isdn q931-traditional
Use isdn q931-traditional to enable Q.931 (1988) on the interface.
Use undo isdn q931-traditional to restore the default.

isdn send-restart
Use isdn send-restart to enable PRI interfaces to actively send ISDN RESTART messages.
Use undo isdn send-restart to disable PRI interfaces to actively send ISDN RESTART messages.
