Parameters
ip-address: IP address of the local peer to be created. This IP address must be reachable.
init-window-size: Initial local window size in the range of 1 to 2000. The default is 40 (frames).
keepalive-interval: Interval between keepalive messages, in seconds. The range is 0 to 1200, and the
default is 30 seconds. A value of 0 indicates that no keepalive message will be sent.
keepcount-number: Number of keepalive messages transmitted, in the range of 1 to 30 and defaulting
to 3. When the number of sent keepalive messages reaches keepcount-number but no response is
received from the remote DLSw peer, the local DLSw entity disconnects the connection.
max-frame-size: Maximum frame size in bytes. The value can be 516, 1470, 1500, 2052, 4472, 8144,
1 1407, 1 1454, and 17800, and the default is 1500.
max-window-size: Maximum local window size in the range of 1 to 2000. The default is 50 (frames).
permit-dynamic: Permits non-peer routers to initiate connections to establish peering relationships
dynamically with this router. For a local peer created by using the command with the keyword specified,
you do not need to configure a remote peer.
