Statement introduced in Junos OS Release 12.2.
Statement introduced in Junos OS Release 12.2 for the ACX Series Universal Access
Routers.
Configure the clock mode as either boundary clock or ordinary clock. The clock mode
determines whether the node is going to act as a slave, master, or both. This attribute is
mandatory and has no default value.
boundary
—The clock mode of the node is a boundary clock where the clock acts as both
master and slave.
NOTE:
A boundary clock is not supported on the ACX Series routers for 12.2.
ordinary
—The clock mode of the node is a system clock where the clock acts either as a
master or as a slave.
routing—To view this statement in the configuration.
routing-control—To add this statement to the configuration.
