Configure the path computation element (PCE) type:
active—Uses LSP state information learned from PCCs to optimize path computations,
and actively updates LSP parameters in those PCCs that delegated control over their
LSPs to the PCE.
stateful—Uses LSP state information learned from PCCs to optimize path computations,
but does not actively update the LSP state. A PCC maintains synchronization with the
PCE.
