SIZE-SW
Use it to turn on/off the mixed size detection mechanism for AB and Inch
series originals.
Settings 0: disable (default), 1: enable

6.3 SORTER

BLNK-SW
Use it to set the margin width (W) on both sides of the fold when the saddle
stitcher is used.
Settings 0: normal width (5 mm), 1: larger width (10 mm; default)
