CHAPTER 1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION
1.4 Safety of Toner
Toner is a non-toxic material consisting of plastic and iron matter with a small amount of
dye.
If your skin or clothes have come into contact with toner, remove as much of it as you can
with paper, and wash with water. Do not use hot water to avoid turning the toner into a gel.
(It will fuse with the fibers of cloth, making removal difficult).
Toner tends to react to vinyl and dissolve. Do not allow it to come into contact with vinyl
material.
Do not pour toner into fire. Such an act can lead to explosion.
