12) When the system software has been downloaded, a screen will appear asking you if you
want to download the RUI. If you do, select [Download RUI].
To end, make the following selections: Previous Screen>Select Unit Select
Screen>OK>To Return Main Menu>End Service Support Tool.

7.5.3 Points to Note on Formatting the HDD

1: Be sure to download the system software whenever you have formatted
the hard disk. Turning on the power without downloading the system soft-
ware will lead to an error (E602-0002).
2: When you turn on the power for the first time after you have installed
the system software following the formatting of the hard disk, a faulty im-
age may appear on the control panel. The fact does not indicate a fault in
the control panel, but will be corrected when the machine is turned off and
then on once again.
