5.2 Feeding Faults

5.2.1 Double Feeding

Separation roller
1) Is the separation roller deformed or worn?
YES: Replace the separation roller.

5.2.2 Wrinkles

Pickup assembly
1) Turn off the power while print paper is moving through the feeding
YES: Check the pickup assembly.

YES: The paper may be moist. Advise the user on the correct method of
