Replacement, mechanical stop pin
The procedure below details how to replace the mechanical stop pin on axis 1.
If the mechanical stop has been deformed after a hard collision, it must be replaced!

Action
1.
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and pneumatic
pressure supplies to the robot!
For Foundry Prime robots: Do not turn off the air
pressure to motors and SMB.
2. Remove the set screw.
3. Remove the old mechanical stop pin.
4. Refit the new mechanical stop with the set screw.
