Fitting of cylindrical roller bearing
The procedure below details how to fit the cylindrical roller bearings onto the balancing
device shaft and into the frame brackets.

when performing the first test run. These

Action
1. Fit the inner ring of the bearing onto both end parts of
the balancing devices shaft .
2. Fit the outer ring of the bearing into both brackets with
a press toll, bearing.
3. Fit the sealing ring with dust lip with the same, but
turned, press tool, bearing.
4. Lubricate the bearing and the sealing with grease.
