Removal, pushbutton unit
The procedure below details how to remove the pushbutton unit from the robot.

1.
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and pneumatic
pressure supplies to the robot!
For Foundry Prime robots: Do not turn off the air
pressure to motors and SMB.

3. Secure the robot by moving...
the lower arm to one of its end positions
the upper arm to its end position.
4. Remove the rear cover plate.
5. Remove the connectors X8, X9 and X10 from the
pushbutton unit.
6. Remove the pushbutton unit by removing its
attachment screws.
