When reading: Set a cam pattern number to be read out. When
rewriting: Set a cam pattern number to be rewritten. The setting
range varies depending on resolutions.

・When rewriting, stores the start phase in the section 1 of the
rewritten cam pattern table. When any value other than 0 is set
in the section 1, it cannot be rewritten correctly.

When reading, stores it truncating the numbers beyond the
third decimal point. When writing, regsiters it after calculating
the numbers beyond the third decimal point by the unit.
