probe

a
VAT-40 full field
test
lead,
and
insert the probe
into
the full field
access
hole
at the back
of
the
alternator.
Switch
the
field
selector
to the
"A (Grou
nd
)"
posi-
tion
momentarily. a
nd
check
the
amperage reading.
