WIPERS/WASHERS HEATER
TROUBLESHOOTING-Windshield Washer
(Non-Intermittent)
1. PUMP GROUND
T E S T O K NOT O K
Measure resistance from C206
terminal B to a clean chassis
ground
Zero ohms Repair open between C206 and G305/306
2. PUMP SWITCH CIRCUIT: Turn ignition switch to RUN; press washer
switch
T E S T O K NOT O K
Measure voltage at C145
terminal B
Battery voltage Replace wiper/washer switch
Measure voltage at C206
terminal A
Battery voltage Repair open between C145 and C206
If battery voltage, replace pump

Zero ohms Repair open between C206 and G305/306
2. PUMP SWITCH CIRCUIT: Turn

Battery voltage Replace wiper switch
Measure voltage at C145A
terminal B
Battery voltage
Replace intermittent wiper module
Measure voltage at C206
terminal A
Battery voltage Repair open from C145A terminal B
If battery voltage, replace pump
