85. Route Map Commands

85-1 match interface
This command is used to match the route's outgoing interface.
match interface INTERFACE-ID
no match interface
Parameters
INTERFACE-ID
Default
None.
Command Mode
Route-map Configuration Mode.
Command Default Level
Level: 12.
Usage Guideline
Use this command in the route-map configure mode to define rules for matching routes against outgoing
interfaces.
Example
This example shows how to create a route map entry to match against the outgoing interface.
Switch# configure terminal
Switch(config)# route-map myPolicy permit 1
Switch(config-route-map)# match interface vlan1
Switch(config-route-map)#
85-2 match ip address
This command is used to match the route based on the IP standard access list.
match ip address {ACCESS-LIST-NAME | prefix-list PREFIX-LIST-NAME}
no match ip address {ACCESS-LIST-NAME | prefix-list PREFIX-LIST-NAME}

ACCESS-LIST-NAME
prefix-list PREFIX-LIST-NAME
Default
None.
Specifies the outgoing interface.
Specifies a standard or an extended IP access list name.
Specifies an IP prefix list name.
